A four-season mountain community in the heart of Grand County, Colorado.
Kicking Horse Lodges is a community of 115 condominiums spread across eight buildings within Granby Ranch, a four-season mountain resort in Grand County, Colorado. Our owners include full-time residents, weekend visitors, and vacation homeowners who share a love for mountain living and outdoor recreation.
The community offers easy access to skiing, golfing, hiking, fishing, and is just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, Winter Park, and Grand Lake.
Each building is numbered 1–8. Units follow a numbering system where the first digit indicates the floor (1, 2, or 3) and the remaining digits indicate the unit number on that floor.
As a Granby Ranch homeowner, you have access to year-round amenities at the Ranch Hall, including a pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, and gathering spaces. The broader resort offers skiing, an 18-hole golf course, mountain biking trails, fishing, and live music events throughout the season.
As a KHL owner, you automatically belong to two separate homeowners associations. Understanding the distinction helps you know who to contact for what.
Our KHL HOA is responsible for maintaining the condominium buildings, immediate grounds, and common areas. This includes building exteriors, snow removal, landscaping, parking lots, hot tubs, grill areas, and common area utilities.
The Granby Ranch Conservancy (formerly Sol Vista Master Association) oversees the broader Granby Ranch community, including roads, trails, open spaces, and resort amenities like the ski area, golf course, Ranch Hall, and fishing access.
