Our committees are made up of homeowners who volunteer their time and energy to improve specific areas of the community. They work alongside the Board of Directors, the property manager, and report progress at regular board meetings.

Focuses on wildfire preparedness and safety, working to help our community meet Firewise USA standards and stay informed on fire prevention best practices.
Works with the Board and property manager to identify, prioritize, and oversee maintenance projects across our common areas and building exteriors.
Organizes community events, manages communication channels including the KHL WhatsApp group, and helps foster connections between homeowners.
Will focus on the care and improvement of our community grounds, common area plantings, and outdoor spaces.
Our committees are always looking for homeowners who want to contribute. No experience necessary, just a positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. If you're someone who sees a problem and wants to help fix it, we'd love to have you.
